Design Institute

Huihai Design Institute possesses a Class C qualification for power industry (power transmission engineering and substation engineering) design (Qualification No.: A237031592). It mainly engages in consulting, survey and design, research and development and technical services for power engineering, covering multiple directions such as substation engineering, power transmission engineering, distribution network engineering, grid connection system, and new energy power generation.

Construction and Installation

Huihai Power possesses a Class III general contracting qualification for power engineering construction and a Class IV license for the installation (repair, testing) of power facilities. It can undertake the construction of power generation projects with a single unit capacity of 100,000 kilowatts and below, transmission lines of 110 kV and below, and substations of the same voltage level. It can also undertake the installation, maintenance, and testing of power transmission, supply, and receiving facilities of 35 kV and below.
