In 2026, it was selected as a basic-level smart factory in Tai'an City, promoting the intelligent transformation of production; it has 55 patents, 32 software copyrights, more than 280 employees, and an annual output value of over US$300 million, forming an integrated capability of "R&D + manufacturing + engineering + service".
2025
In 2025, it was upgraded to a national high-tech enterprise in China, and was recognized as a provincial-level innovative small and medium-sized enterprise and a municipal-level green supply chain management enterprise. It participated in large-scale new energy projects such as the Beibu Beach 300MW/1200MWh independent energy storage booster station, and its technology and engineering capabilities were recognized by the industry.
2024
In 2024, we passed ISO9001/14001 system certification, promoted 7S on-site management and information technology construction, and participated in the 7th China (Taishan) International Mining Equipment Exhibition to expand the mining electrical market.
2023
In 2023, the company expanded its business scope to include new energy businesses such as energy storage technology services and photovoltaic equipment manufacturing, thus entering the energy storage and photovoltaic sectors.
2022
In August 2022, Shandong Huihai Education Technology Co., Ltd. was established with an investment to develop power technology training and talent cultivation, and improve the industrial ecosystem.
2020
In July 2020, it officially changed its name to Huihai Electric Co., Ltd., clarified that it had no equity or business relationship with the Spanish Omcabo Group, and established its own brand development path.
2014
In March 2014, it was renamed Shandong Ouma Jiabao Electric Technology Co., Ltd., with its registered capital increased to 100 million yuan and fully paid up. Its business expanded to smart grid equipment such as box-type substations, high and low voltage switchgear, and transformers.
2010
On September 15, 2010, the company's predecessor, Taian Shenhua Shengkainuo Electric Technology Co., Ltd., was registered and established in Taian, Shandong Province. The legal representative was Xu Ailing, and the registered capital was 15 million yuan. Its main business was the manufacturing of power transmission and distribution equipment.
