Its main business includes consulting, surveying and design, research and development, and technical services for power engineering, covering substation engineering, transmission engineering, distribution network engineering, grid connection systems, and new energy power generation.

Its business scope covers all areas of power transmission and transformation, power generation, and new energy, providing domestic and international clients with full-process services from power engineering consulting and design to EPC contracting. Major clients include the State Grid Corporation of China, major domestic power groups, and large power-consuming enterprises.
