Factory Overview
Our production base is located in Shandong, China, nestled at the foot of Mount Tai. With a beautiful environment and convenient transportation, it is a new type of joint-stock company established according to modern enterprise systems. The total area is over 100 acres, including a 26,000-square-meter manufacturing workshop. We currently have 280 employees, of whom over 30% are senior technicians with more than ten years of industry experience.

The workshop strictly implements 6S on-site management (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), ensuring unobstructed passageways, fixed material placement, and clear labeling, providing a high-quality environment for safe production and efficient flow.
Full-Process Quality Control – The Gatekeeper from Incoming Materials to Outgoing Products
Huihai has established a multi-level quality inspection system of "self-inspection + mutual inspection + specialized inspection," equipped with a central laboratory and mobile testing equipment.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- All steel, copper, and components (circuit breakers, contactors, integrated protection devices, instruments, etc.) undergo random sampling for appearance, dimensions, material certification, and performance testing before warehousing.
- CCC certificates and validity periods for key components are strictly verified to ensure compliance at the source.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- First-piece inspection for sheet metal processing: The first piece after punching, cutting, and bending is inspected; only after passing inspection can mass production begin.
- Wiring Procedure: Secondary wiring must be checked point by point against the drawings. Wire numbers should be printed using a wire marking machine to prevent incorrect or missing connections.
- Busbar Fabrication: Copper busbar lap surfaces should be tin-plated or coated with conductive paste. Tightening torque should be performed according to standards. After completion, the circuit resistance should be measured.
Finished Product Inspection (FQC)
- 100% of main circuit power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, and auxiliary circuit energization tests are conducted before shipment.
- Equipped with professional equipment such as high-voltage switch characteristic testers, circuit resistance testers, turns ratio testers, and partial discharge detectors.
- For prefabricated substations, complete transmission, temperature rise simulation, and protection level spot checks are also required.
Simulation Test Laboratory
- Capable of simulating normal/fault conditions at voltage levels of 10kV and below to verify new products and special projects.
- Type test reports are issued and archived to ensure traceability for each batch of products.
Flexible Production and Just-in-Time Delivery
Tight project schedules and non-standard requirements are common in the power industry. Huihai's production scheduling system, relying on ERP, enables automatic order scheduling, material demand planning, and progress tracking.
- Standard Cabinet Types: 5-7 days from task assignment to warehousing.
- Non-standard Customization: 10-15 days after technical briefing (including drawing design, sheet metal customization, and component assembly).
- Emergency Orders: 48-hour express delivery (some semi-finished cabinets in stock) can be achieved through a green channel.
- Simultaneously, a safety stock area is established: 15 days' worth of commonly used circuit breakers, contactors, instruments, and cabinet components are stocked to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Green and Safe – Responsible Production
- Environmentally Friendly Coating: Utilizing electrostatic powder coating technology, with no VOC emissions; wastewater is treated to meet standards and then recycled.
- Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction: A photovoltaic power generation system is installed on the workshop roof, generating approximately 200,000 kWh of green electricity annually, accounting for 50% of the plant's total electricity consumption.
- Safety in Production: Certified as a Level 3 Safety Production Standardization Unit, regularly conducts fire drills and special equipment training, and has been recognized as a model safety factory annually.
- Noise Control: High-noise equipment is housed in separate enclosures equipped with silencers; noise levels at the factory boundary meet local standards.
