Product Overview

GCK Series Motor Control Center is suitable for low-voltage distribution series as power feeding, bus coupler, lighting, motor control and power compensation. It includes power center (PC) and motor control center (MCC), and can be designed as a mixed system of fixed cabinet and drawer cabinet to meet different power supply and distribution needs.

It adopts a standardized module design, and the main structure is made of 8MF cold formed steel, with φ9.2mm mounting holes with the modules of 20mm and 100mm respectively on both sides of the section steel. The main frame is a fully combined structure, each functional unit can operate independently, and the outgoing functional unit can be installed in up to 11 outgoing circuits. The propulsion mechanism adopts a lever pushing mechanism. The upper and lower in (out) lines and other options can be used for users.

Product Characteristics

  • It confirms to IEC439 international standards, NEMA standards of American Electrical Manufacturers Association and ZBK36001-89 national professional standards.
  • In terms of the PC scheme, it has the functions of receiving power, bus coupling and feeding power below 3,150A, and selects domestic CW1, HSW1 and AH circuit breakers or imported intelligent circuit breakers such as ABB and Schneider as the main switches, which is convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
  • In terms of the MCC scheme, it has the functions of feeding, lighting, motor and power compensation below 630A, and selects domestic DZ20, Q, CM1, HSM1 series products and imported ABB and Schneider plastic housing switches as main switches.
  • The power receiving main switch has short circuit instantaneous, short delay and overload protection, which can be selected by customers according to the needs of system coordination.
  • There are two types of horizontal bus: single segmentation and non-segmentation. When single-bus segmentation is adopted, bus switches have automatic switching, no automatic switching and switching control.
  • The motor control circuit has short circuit instantaneous, overload, under-voltage, voltage relief and phase loss protection, and the AC contactor can operate silently, which is energy-saving.
