Product Overview

Prefabricated substation (box-type substation, referred to as box substation) is a kind of factory prefabricated indoor compact distribution equipment, which integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage distribution equipment according to a certain wiring method. We provide intelligent, compact and buried box transformers.

• Intelligent type: It is equipped with automatic device to monitor terminal RTU and communication controller CCU, which can realize remote control, remote signal and telemetry, automatic meter reading and other functions.
• Compact type: It adopts the design features of American box substation, with HXGN15-12 or HXGN7A-12 ring main unit for high-voltage equipment, corrugated oil tank for transformer, and high-voltage casing, tap changer, oil level indication and pressure relief valve are installed on the side plate of transformer oil tank. It is suitable for the scheme with less outgoing lines.
• Buried type: The switch chamber and transformer are arranged in a superimposed way, and the transformer is buried underground, which reduces the occupied area, reduces the running noise (also known as quiet box transformer) and increases the running safety.
• Box type: non-metallic landscape box, metal box, aluminum alloy box, stainless steel box, etc.
