Product Overview

KGN-40.5 armored fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear is an indoor complete set of three-phase AC 50Hz single bus system, which is used for receiving and distributing 35kV network electric energy. It is equipped with ZN12-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker with rated voltage of 40.5 kV. It has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit. The cabinet adopts air insulation, which meets the national and international standards, and has a good "five antis" locking function. It is the preferred cabinet type of fixed switchgear today.

• The internal structure is metal spacing insulation structure, and each compartment has an independent pressure relief channel, which is reliable in protection and safe in maintenance.
• It meets the requirements of national standard GB3906-2006 Alternating-current Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages above 3.6 kV and up to and including 40.5 kV and international standard IEC298 AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV.
• The supporting ZN12-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker is a fixed installation, with stable performance, reliable operation, high design parameters and good locking function with switchgear.
• The use of new type of GN27-40.5 series isolating switch and the improved JSXGN-35 mechanical interlocking mechanism and addition of "preventing mislocking circuit breaker program" realize the "five antis" function in the true sense.
