
The principle of amorphous alloy transformer is the same as that of ordinary fully enclosed distribution transformer, and the main difference is that the core is made of amorphous alloy material instead of ordinary silicon steel sheet. Amorphous alloy material is a new type of material with outstanding magnetic conductivity, adopting rapid quenching solidification process, and its physical state manifests itself as a disordered amorphous arrangement of metal atoms. It is completely different from silicon steel in crystal structure, and is more conducive to magnetization and demagnetization. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, etc. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, no structural defects hindering domain wall movement, extremely thin thickness with only 0.027 mm, and the filling coefficient is correspondingly reduced, only 0.75-0.8. The resistivity is very high, which is 3-6 times that of silicon steel plate and the hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel plate. Amorphous alloy materials are particularly sensitive to stress.
The load loss of S (B) H15-M-30-1600/10 series products is reduced by 15% based on GB/T6451 standard value, and the no-load loss is reduced by 70% based on GB/T6451 standard value. It implements the standard JB/T10318-2002 Specification and Technical Requirements for Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformers.
